Welcome to the website for Illinois`s new Type 3 Incident Management Team. The Illinois team is a multi-disciplined team composed of members from the world of emergency management, police and fire.
Illinois`s team is actually composed of three separate teams each covering the Chicago metropolitan area, northern Illinois or southern Illinois.
The incident commander/team leader for each of the teams is:
Northern IL - Lindsey May (Galesburg PD Captain)
Southern IL - Les Albert (Decatur FD Chief, ret.)
Metro Chicago - Tom Lovejoy (Highwood FD Chief)
